HEAVEN RESEARCHED PART 6: Heaven is Timeless – Susan Davis

I recently read different people’s accounts of seeing heaven—either through a near-death experience or by a vision or out-of-body-experience—but coincidentally, I began to notice tiny details that they shared that they would not have known about the other’s reports had they not seen it… This prompted me to do further research and I uncovered many similarities that are highly unlikely that these people had any connection—so therefore, it makes you think that perhaps their accounts of what they had seen are most likely accurate.

If I find in myself a desire which no experience in this world can satisfy, the most probable explanation is that I was made for another world.
C.S. Lewis

A strange sense of timelessness gripped me. It was simply awesome! I exclaimed—Jesus, what happened to time—it seems to have vanished—His disbelief at such a silly question in paradise was evident in his voice as he replied with loving restraint—Dr. R. Eby

We exist here in that timelessness, the eternity of God, the kind of life that does not perish! It is our gift of love, eternal life!–Dr. R. Eby
Without time, I had no need to hurry—Dr. R. Eby

How much longer till you return? Show me the clock, how much time is left in the heavenly clock?” Many other people have had dreams of a clock, showing almost midnight when the Lord is supposed to return. I asked, “Lord when will the clock strike midnight? Is it one minute left? five minutes?” Jesus studied my face for a moment, then He replied, “Ricardo, in heaven there is no more clock!” I then responded, “Well Lord, if there is no more time, why haven’t you returned yet?” Jesus lifts his hands and takes his thumb and forefinger showing the sign for something very small and said, “All the time that is left is simply the Father’s grace for those who have backslidden to offer them a chance to repent and do the first works.” And the Lord of Hosts hasn’t returned because he has given us all a tiny space to repent and that time is called “A time of the Father’s grace.” Jesus is coming at any moment, we must begin to seek Him with all our hearts and fast and pray and do the first works of old. I am almost finished. Jesus repeated, “We are on the time of God’s grace!”—Ricardo Cid

Age expresses time passing, and there is no time there. All of the people I encountered were the same age they had been the last time I saw them—except the ravages of living on earth had vanished—Don Piper

I had an incredible experience of GOD’s timelessness—the first time I ever heard GOD’s voice it was a WE talking—FATHER, SON, HOLY SPIRIT talking together like a choir of voices—I was told something and it was as if I was taken out of my time and after they talked to me I was put back into my time and no time had transpired….there is absolutely no other way to explain it—Susan Davis
